Synopsis - Ben is the only night shift 911 operator in a small town. His bubble of self-isolation is only ever punctured by drunks or prank calling kids, but tonight Dark Mommy has her own intentions for Ben...and the rest of the town.

Dark Mommy is about the cold, uncaring and unpredictable nature of the universe, the sustained nightmare of living in bodies that are in constant threat of disenfranchisement, and the horror of having your reality obliterated without warning.

The film also explores false sense of safety and control through self-isolation, and the systems that we build to help us feel less vulnerable, that then rob us of the things that are most precious.
